Humidity adjustment during colder periods

The onset of winter can cause a lot of pain to sleep apnea users of CPAP devices. During this period the heating systems (electric, gas, wood) come into operation and have the general effect of drying the air in the houses. It is therefore important, in winter, to review the adjustment of your humidity level provided by the system of your CPAP device. Generally the level will be adjusted slightly upwards in cold periods and then slightly downwards when spring temperatures return.
